Achieving new horizons with women in STEM

Cambodia has made progress in women’s rights by improving access to primary and secondary education. However, in 2017, Cambodia was ranked 99 of the 144 countries within the World Economic Forum’s Global Gender Gap Index (WEF GGI). We are offering this programme to 400 Cambodian women to work towards changing this statistic.

In order to ensure inclusive education and sustainable development, we are focused on promoting women in STEM careers and education.  Only 30% of women in higher education globally, choose STEM-related fields of study. The lack of opportunities available to women results in many women not pursuing career paths in STEM. Our aim is to provide women with skills and to support their leadership journey.

Funding For Education with FISAs

By joining our growing community of Rising Stars, Future Income Sharing Agreements (FISAs) offer you an affordable way to fund your education. Unlike loans, FISAs are designed to adjust with the realities of your unique leadership journey, because repayments are only due when you’re employed or earning an income. With FISAs, your repayments also help fund future generations of Rising Stars who also seek the same financial support, making your education even more impactful than it already is.
