Begin your leadership journey with ITL Cohort 35

Wedu’s Introduction to Leadership (ITL) is an eight-week online programme designed for emerging women leaders across South and Southeast Asia. Through guided modules and community support, ITL helps you build confidence, gain clarity in your goals, and strengthen your leadership identity.

Starting with Cohort 35, ITL is a paid programme with a sliding-scale fee to ensure both sustainability and access. Scholarships remain available so that financial circumstances are never a barrier to participation.

Leadership Programmes

Our leadership development programmes, the Introduction to Leadership course and the Women’s Leadership Academy, build women’s capability to dream freely and pursue leadership positions, whilst pushing up against gender stereotypes and societal biases.

Our Income Sharing Agreements (ISA) Programme eliminates the financial barrier many women face by providing accessible, customisable, and flexible stop-gap financing to women who want to pursue further education or skills development.
