We envision a world where half of all leaders are women.

In a world where only 10% of world leaders are women, it’s important that every woman has the opportunity to reach her full potential.

We exist to nurture the leadership development of women changemakers around the world by supporting their unique, lifelong journeys with leadership development programmes, opportunities, and funding for education.

Meet some of our Rising Stars

“On this leadership learning journey, I have grown as a changemaker and a leader. I have been able to rediscover myself and learnt the importance of networking skills, developing my strengths, building confidence with new skills and shaping my ideas to the right direction to achieve my goals.”

“Through the leadership learning process, I have been able to shape and mold myself personally and academically. The best part of this journey is that it helped me understand no matter how hard it is in achieving the aim, if you have the right energy and integrity, one can surely make it in the end.”

Rising Stars set themselves apart as changemakers who take action across every sector of society. They not only have the passion, commitment, and vision to lead the change in their communities, but consistently demonstrate the ambition, courage, and inspiration to see this change through.

Unique Leadership Journeys

Their challenges are personal and their journeys unique. We support women leaders where they are on their journey by providing the necessary tools and resources to help them reach their full potential.

Future Income Sharing Agreements allow Wedu Leadership Community to have access to funding options that provide them with financial independence, flexibility, and affordability – now and into the future.

Impact-Driven Partnerships

Organisations all over the world are getting behind gender-equal leadership. We are grateful to be a part of some innovative partnerships and ecosystems that are working to close the gender gap in leadership.
