Meet our jury: Leadership in Care Award

Dini Widiastuti

Dini is a development and humanitarian professional with a passion for social justice and gender equality. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Plan International Indonesia Foundation (YPII), where she leads initiatives focused on empowering marginalised communities, especially women and girls.

 

Her journey began with a background in Development Economics from the University of Indonesia, followed by a master’s in Southeast Asian Studies from SOAS, University of London. Over the years, she’s worked with organisations like Oxfam, CAFOD, and Article 19, contributing to causes ranging from post-conflict recovery in Afghanistan and Timor-Leste to economic justice and women’s empowerment in Indonesia.

Sabina Tripathi

Sabina is a licensed practitioner of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT ) by Marisa Peer, a certified Hypnotherapist and a Transformational Parenting Coach from Jai Institute of Parenting, USA.

 

Sabina decided to pursue a career in therapy and mindfulness to help people around her, especially those who were suffering from mental health issues. As a mother of triplets, she intimately understands the challenges of parenting and strives to create a supportive community where we can nurture our children with love and care.

 

With extensive expertise in Rapid Transformational Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Nonviolent communication, emotional intelligence, and neuroplasticity, Sabina provides tools and strategies as a parenting coach at her own company. Drawing from her rich corporate experience in training and people development at esteemed multinational companies -including American Express, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Private banks in India- she brings a unique blend of skills to mentor towards positive transformation as a Mindset Coach.

 

Sabina has a proven track record of delivering fast, effective, and lasting results for her clients for a wide range of challenges.

Vanessa Hongsathavij

Vanessa is a Research Manager at Love Frankie, where she leads impactful research across Thailand and the Asia-Pacific. With deep expertise in gender, human rights, and environmental justice, her work focuses on elevating voices and driving change through qualitative research, policy advocacy, and strategic program design.

 

Vanessa brings over a decade of experience across civil society and international organisations, including ASEAN Parliamentarians for Human Rights, RECOFTC, GIZ, and the Stockholm Environment Institute. She holds advanced degrees in international development and human rights, and has pursued doctoral studies in political science at Yale University. Vanessa is committed to fostering inclusive leadership and building climate-resilient communities throughout the region.
