“Our partnership with Wedu through the ISA programme proved to be a transformative enabler for female applicants who might have otherwise remained financially reliant on their families. The programme offered them not just financial support, but also the confidence and autonomy to make independent choices about their futures. It empowered them to pursue the Communiversity Social Innovation Fellowship 2025,a path they may not have considered
without this support.

The entire process was smooth, accessible, and thoughtfully designed, removing traditional barriers that often discourage young women from seizing such opportunities. As a result, three out of the eight women participants were able to join the intensive two-month fellowship, an experience they described as eye-opening, empowering, and life-changing. The ISA programme truly served as a catalyst for personal growth, leadership development, and long-term impact for our fellows and our program.”
