Noom is a business leader and executive coach with more than two decades of experience leading teams and transformation initiatives across Airbnb, Google, Procter & Gamble, and Johnson & Johnson. Having lived and worked across five countries, she has held senior leadership roles spanning customer experience, operations, strategy, and business transformation, guiding regional teams across Asia Pacific through growth and change.

Alongside her corporate leadership career, Noom is an ICF-certified coach and Fulbright Scholar who supports professionals and emerging leaders to build confidence, navigate transitions, and lead with intention. She believes leadership is about creating the conditions for others to grow, contribute, and realise their potential.

Bat is an innovation facilitator, business transformation consultant, and leadership educator with more than 30 years of experience across corporate, entrepreneurial, academic, and community settings. Throughout her career, she has worked with multinational corporations, startups, universities, and local communities across Southeast Asia, helping people transform insights into innovative solutions that create both business and social impact.

From guiding corporate innovation initiatives across the region to supporting community-led sustainability projects with organisations such as Greenpeace Thailand, Bat brings deep expertise in human-centred design, entrepreneurship, and transformative learning. She is passionate about helping leaders unlock new possibilities, navigate change, and build futures rooted in collaboration, creativity, and purpose.

Phaik Ai is an organisational development consultant, facilitator, and coach who has spent more than two decades leading businesses, developing talent, and shaping workplace cultures across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. A former regional general manager responsible for operations across more than 20 countries, she now advises multinational companies, public institutions, and growing organisations on leadership, organisational culture, wellbeing, and inclusion.

As Founder and Managing Director of Embodied Edge Leadership Consulting, Phaik Ai helps leaders navigate complexity and create workplaces where people and performance can thrive together. Her work spans leadership development, executive coaching, culture transformation, and resilience-building, grounded in the belief that leadership is not simply a position, but a practice that enables meaningful change.

Rajita is a leadership development expert, coach, and author with more than 25 years of experience helping people and organisations grow. During her 19-year career at Google, she most recently served as Global Head of Learning Delivery and Engagement, leading learning initiatives that reached over 150,000 employees worldwide and shaping leadership development across teams, regions, and functions. She is also the author of ReWrite The Rules, which encourages women across Asia to challenge limiting beliefs and define success on their own terms.

Today, Rajita partners with leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals to strengthen leadership, wellbeing, and team effectiveness. Drawing from her unique background as a coach, medical doctor, yoga teacher, and musician, she helps people lead with greater self-awareness, resilience, and purpose.

Cho Chan Myei Oo is a Product Manager and Wedu alumna with more than eight years of experience building products across digital health, fintech, education, AI-enabled tools, and women-focused impact ventures. She is currently a Product Manager at Thoughtfull, a digital mental health and employee wellbeing platform, where she works across therapy journeys, clinician experiences, operational dashboards, and AI-assisted product workflows. Throughout her career, she has built products in complex, high-trust spaces, from banking and payments to mental health and finance, and previously co-founded Khayah, a women’s safety mobile app recognised as a finalist at The Hague Innovative Justice Challenge.

Today, Cho combines her product leadership expertise with a passion for emerging technologies, experimenting with Agentic AI and AI-enabled workflows to explore faster ways of researching, testing, and launching ideas. As Chapter Lead of Women in Product Singapore and a mentor across Wedu, ADPList, and Better.sg’s AI/ML focus group, she is committed to purposeful leadership and helping more women see themselves as builders, decision-makers, and leaders in technology.
